This Cookie Policy explains how Legend Services uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help the website work properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which work in the same way.
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential cookies – needed for the website to work, for example to keep the site secure, prevent spam on our forms and remember items during a session. These cannot be switched off.
Preference cookies – remember choices you make, such as accessibility settings (text size, contrast) so they stay in place as you browse.
Performance and analytics cookies – help us understand which pages are visited and how the website performs, so we can improve it. This information is collected in an aggregated form.
Third-party cookies – set by services we embed on our pages, such as our Instagram feed, Google reviews, maps, fonts and social media links. These providers may collect information about your visit according to their own policies.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services used on this website may include:
- Instagram / Meta – to display our latest project photos.
- Google – for reviews, maps, fonts and website analytics.
- Facebook and LinkedIn – when you follow links to our social media pages.
Please review the privacy and cookie policies of these providers for more information on how they use your data.
How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, usually from a few days up to two years, or until you delete them.
Managing Your Cookie Settings
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies when you close the browser. Helpful links:
Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website work, such as our contact and quote forms.
